Two programs for leaders navigating change
One is built for an organisation taking its leadership group through a transformation together. The other is built for the individual leader, in a cohort of peers from different organisations.

Leading in Transformation
A modular leadership program for leaders navigating change with their teams. This is not a single facilitator delivering a single point of view. Leading in Transformation brings together a number of specialist facilitators, each bringing a different lens, so leaders get a rounded view of what change actually requires of them.
The program supports leaders through the real work of transformation. Holding uncertainty, communicating with their teams, managing their own capacity, and keeping people engaged when the plan is still taking shape. It is modular by design, so it can flex around where your leaders are in their transformation, not a fixed script that assumes every organisation is starting from the same place.
Currently running with a couple of banks that are supporting their leaders through a multi month transformation program from September to December. If your organisation has a transformation underway, or one coming, this program is worth a conversation.

Leading Through Transformation
A live, online program for leaders navigating change, delivered to a mixed cohort of leaders from different organisations. Transformation succeeds or fails on how leaders show up, how they move others, and how they position their teams for what is next. The program builds all three, in sequence, so each stage becomes the platform for the next.
- Presence. Leading yourself through change. Presence under uncertainty, your own change response, values anchored decisions.
- Influence. Leading others through change. Stakeholder influence, storytelling and communicating with impact, navigating resistance.
- Foresight. Leading ahead of change. Strategic foresight, positioning for growth, strategic relationships, setting up for what is new.
Every module comes with a practical tool leaders keep and reuse, bound into one playbook. The program closes with a capstone where each leader presents their own change narrative and positioning plan. Optional one to one or small group coaching is available after the capstone.

Every workshop below can be delivered as is, or shaped around your leaders, your board, or your specific challenge. Sessions range from focused one hour conversations to deeper ninety minute workshops, and can be delivered in person or online.
Elevating the Chair
1 hourChairing a meeting well is a skill, not a title. This session gives Chairs of boards, executive teams, and general meetings practical techniques to run sharper, more productive discussions, manage difficult dynamics, and get better decisions out of the room.
Corporate to Founder
1.5 hoursThe shift from employee to founder is bigger than most people expect. This workshop is built for leaders making that transition, covering the mindset, identity, and practical shifts that come with building something that depends on you for everything, and eventually, something that does not.
Decision Effectiveness
1.5 hoursMost teams do not have a decision problem, they have a decision making problem. This workshop gives leaders and teams a practical framework for making decisions faster, with more clarity, and less second guessing after the fact.
