Taking It Forward is a People-Led Advisory. Our work spans transformation and organisation design, People Strategy and people practices, getting the people side right so change actually holds.
We are not a general HR consultancy. We are a People-Led Advisory, working alongside executives in private sector organisations, selected government agencies and not-for-profits through their most complex change. Where that change is driven by AI, we partner with the AI specialists and make sure the people side is properly catered for.
