Robot Lunch #2, done. Yesterday we welcomed a new group of executives and business owners into the room - robots doing their thing, and conversations that sparked thinking and challenged possibility. We explored what it means to lead a workforce when AI agents and robotics are no longer theoretical. We watched robots in action. We unpacked what that shift means for how organisations are structured.
And, most importantly, we anchored the whole conversation in what humans bring that no layer of technology replaces. Because that's the real question underneath all of this. Not "will AI take jobs" - but who is designing the blended workforce that's already forming inside every organisation, whether anyone's deliberately shaping it or not. Leave it to default, and the technology will design it for you.
