These terms apply when you use takingitforward.com and when you buy from us. The website is run by Taking It Forward Pty Ltd (ABN 30 658 463 524), referred to here as we or us. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

• The content on this website is general information. It is not advice for your particular situation.
• The words, images and materials on this website belong to Taking It Forward unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content without our permission.
• We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

Buying the Leading Through Transformation Conversation Kit

Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars. Australian buyers pay GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your receipt and tax invoice. Buyers outside Australia do not pay GST.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe. Organisations can also pay by invoice or bank transfer. Get in touch and we will send the details.

Delivery

Your kit downloads straight after payment. We also email you a link so you can download it again whenever you need it. If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder or email orders@takingitforward.com.

Your licence

• One leader kit. The kit is licensed to one person, for their own use. Please do not share it, resell it or use it for workplace training. If you are buying for your leadership team, choose the organisation licence.
• Organisation licence. You may share the kit openly with leaders within your organisation. The licence does not cover other organisations, and the kit may not be resold.
• Tailored edition. Use is as agreed with us in writing.

The kit remains the intellectual property of Taking It Forward. The Leading Through Transformation Conversation Kit is a trade mark of Taking It Forward.

Refunds

Because the kit is a digital download that you receive straight away, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If the file is faulty or will not download, email orders@takingitforward.com and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

About the kit's content

The kit gives general guidance on leadership conversations during change. It is not legal, HR or employment advice, and it does not replace your organisation's formal processes. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid.
