Where to start

You don't need all six guides this week. You need one.

• Read the conversation map first, then pick the guide that matches the conversation in front of you.
• Fill in Before the Conversation before you walk in.
• Have the conversation, and log anything you promised in the Promise Tracker.

Keeping your kit

• A Download your kit link is on its way to the email address you used at checkout. It's yours to keep, and opening it downloads your kit again.
• If the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your junk or promotions folder for an email from Lana Johnston.
• Your receipt and tax invoice come separately from Stripe.
• Anything not working? Email lana@takingitforward.com and Lana will sort it out.
